Important Safety Reminder

Always install the buoyant tail during use. The backstroke position is only suitable for babies under 6 months. This float is not a substitute for swimming lessons or life jackets and must be used under constant adult supervision. Never leave a child unattended in the swim trainer.

Shipping Policy

• Orders ship within 24–48 hours from confirmation, with an average delivery of 7–10 business days, excluding holidays. Delays may occur if dispatched from fulfillment centers outside the U.S.

Returns & Refunds Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt for items you’re unsatisfied with. You are eligible for either a full refund or an exchange.
• Return shipping is customer’s responsibility. Upon receiving the item, we’ll refund the total purchase price.
• Please include your name and order number clearly on the returned parcel. Refunds are processed once the product arrives.
• If you request cancellation before shipping, there’s no penalty. Once shipped, use the standard return process for refunds.

Damage or Defective Product

• For defective or damaged items, please notify customer service with photos. After verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no charge.
